Had a great charter flight with our Alaska N777TA from LAX to NCRC, Rarotonga; part of the Cooks Islands)

Report:
---------
Aircraft: B772 N777TA
Total Block to block time: 9 hr 22 min

Total Fuel used: 138.900 lbs (PFPX predicted 138.700; real close! Biggrin)
Using live weather with AS2012
Times are ZULU

[LAX dep 1435 - NCRG arr 2357] - FL340/360/380
Route: FICKY DCT 22N130W 15N135W DCT COMIR B454 UPNAR DCT TEDAG DCT MEVEP B454 BIBUP
Dep: RW25R ZILLI1
Arr: NOLU1 ILS RW08
---------

Cruising along over the giant Pacific Ocean

Descending on the NOLU1 arrival, Rarotonga should come in sight soon

...there she is....

Turning final

... and stable on the approach

Great view for a manual approach

... only feet away from touching down and taking that flex out of the wings... Thumbup

Enjoying the views on rollout and while taxiing to our assigned spot

and here we are....

Let's see what this beautifull pacific island has to offer Beach

Hi Stefaan,

Very nice report and a very good looking scenery as well.
You were not so far off from me, as I flew to Tahiti during the night. Unfortunately it was already dark on arrival and I am already on my way to Santiago de Chile at the moment. I am using the nice looking PJ-TBJ Biggrin

But I still have the problem that the autobrakes pops out upon touchdown. A little bit annoying..

Nice report Stefaan. Nice looking aircraft!

Hey CB, I have a cure for your autobrakes...Don't use them, your feet are for braking!Big_boss

Your feet are for breaking, but only if you fly for Fred Flinstone Cargo lines.
