This flight took me from Biloxi KBIX to Tampa Intl Florida KTPA, and for this I used the A2A P47 Razorback with Accusim cruising along at 230IAS at 1500 feet (36"MP / 2550RPM).

Here are some screenshots I took enroute

Along the coast, near Pensacola NAS FL

over Tyndall AFB...

... intercooler open and no turbo in use yet at this altitude

over Apalachicola Bay

http://www.apalachicolabay.org/
Definitely the place I could feel at home :-)

Getting nearer to the destination dark clouds and rain came along.
Passing Yankeetown with the powerplant in view

Final destination, Tampa FL.

Today I took the P47 back to Biloxi for saturday's MP event.
This time cruising at 9.500 ft at around 270/280 IAS with a tad of turbo power.

Another nice sight passing Apalachicola Bay

Around Tyndall, rain came up again, luckily only a local shower

Nice view of Redfish Cove located in the bay

And by the time we arrived at Biloxi, storms were coming in... but we managed to land before they arrived

Now getting the P47 serviced with some fresh oil before saturday.
