Passing "The Serpent's Mouths" where the River Orinoco meets the sea

On time arrival at Piarco

A problem with number 2 engine meant I had to taxi clear of the runway to restart and check it

but we were soon on our way

The problem recurred a few minutes after take-off so number 2 was shut down at TOC as a precaution

After a short delay to resolve the tech problem I left SVPR

The engineers had done their job and no further problems were encountered - here I am arriving back at SVMI

Hi Steve,

Another very good report and great pictures. Sorry to hear about your technical issues.

I contacted maintenance and they changed a clogged fuel filter for engine #2. They will check all other filters now as the aircraft is back at Maiquetia. Biggrin
