Hi Steve.

Regarding Eagle County: Some years back we had some charter flights to there during the winter season as this seems to be a good choice for skiing. I remembered it had a nice approach and there also was a very nice scenery for FS9 available. It rather close to Denver and even more closer to Aspen. So I had to pick it for my flightplan.
