It's not that I have a problem, it's that if it's not nighttime, and the instrument lights and floodlights illuminate the instrumentation, some of the instruments are difficult to see because they are dark. My panel, without the night lights on, is not as light as the screenshot that you attached. Is there a way to turn on the lights during the daylight? I've tried, but it makes no difference. Or is there a way to "lighten" the panel so that it's easier to see?
It's not a big problem, more of an annoyance. I switch from VC to cockpit view when I need to see better and it's fine in that view. Then back to VC for the flight.

Hi JC.
As I already mentioned a screenshot would be the best for us to get hold on your 'problem'. But I think you know of the command for switching on the panel lights by default (Shift + L)? That is all I can say at the moment.
