It will be for FS9 as well (first release, later followed by the FSX Version).

iFly is developing the 737 NG for quite some time now and release could be this or next month and a Service Pack is also in the pipe already. iFly is known for their B747-400 almost similar to the PMDG one (but I had some problems with it in the earlier days as I merged the panel with the Posky model, which led me to buy the PMDG which I never regret).
The aircraft will be sold via the Flight1 Wrapper, so you have the opportunity for a refund within 30 days.
They will be simulating all NG's (736, 737, 738, 739 and BBJ). Learn more at their forums
