I´m flying some intercontinental flights lately and found this flight :

Since there is no payment and no departure/arrival time. Just wondering if it´s test flight? Or a bug?

Everything is ok with this flight. It was a Cargo Dispatch out of August 2008.
The Cargo Dispatch flights never show a departure and arrival time, since it is up to the pilots to decide, when they fly and where they possibly make their, if required, fuel stops.
There is of course a logic behind these numbers:
TL = Tradewind Logistics
08 = Month of the Year
11 = Eleventh flight in sequence
-08 = Idication of the Year

I hope things are a little bit more clear right now
