Some of my screenshots of this session

First, map of the flight

Departure at 6V4

Low over the long runway at KRCA after a T/G, Vic behind me

Lot's of mountainous terrain this time in contrast with the flatlands of last weeks flight, near Shell Falls

T/G at KGEY, an exciting moment...
Me and Christian approaching from opposite sides... I'm climbing out after my T/G and Christian is about to do the same

And then we get to Yellowstone, Yellowstone Regional
Did some circling after my T/G

And then up to the next airport, here Christian on my right wing

Yellowstone lake

Approach to Yellowstone KWYS, Christian ahead
Again did some circling to close the formation again

Final destination today after a mega run of 3.5 hours, Dillon KDLN

Still looking good here... Rauldan is putting his C130 on solid ground, me close behind.

Unfortunately, my judgement error being so close to Rauldan for landing with a small PC12 after a giant C130 I got out of balance just above the ground..... His wake flipped me right over so I could only recover using slew and getting me down <G> Dash2
I'll pay more attention next time...

All at the apron, front to back Vic (Spitfire), Rauldan (C130), Christian (FW190), Par (Kodiak) and me.

This was one big Mega Session with lot's of fun ! Drinks

See you back next week !

Hey Stefaan. These are really nice pictures. Here are mine.

Vic surprised me and got me on my wrong feet as he was using a Spitfire today. Nevertheless I assigned him another FW190 which I later changed to a PC-9. Here you can see me flying in front of Stefaan and Vic which I think is near Rapid City.

Now I am flying high above Pär:

Next was Gillette airport and here the gear comes up after the touch and go.

And another formation flying with 'daddy'.Biggrin

Flying behind Pär now.

Another nice touch and go along our flying route.

Climbing over some of the mountains...

Shouldn't have done that maneuver at that altitude without WEP engaged and pitched the prop to max as I wasn't able to recover - once more.

This was the head-on approach with Stefaan at KGEY. I am setting up for the approach and the touch and go as Stefaan notified me about his head-on approach.

Close call:

Next Vic made his touch and go.

Pär was circling the airport and so was I.

Then Rauldan was approaching. He has switched to a more faster aircraft: A C-130!

Flying over the Rocky Mountains en-route to our final destination at Dillon. Here you can see Stefaan flying on my left wing some 3.5 miles apart.

Yellowstone Lake below me...

Here I am at Dillon with a nice scenery...

Rauldan is approaching followed by Stefaan.

Next to land was Pär, followed by 'Grandpa' Vic approaching from the opposite direction.

Here we are all:

OK, this was another mega(long) MP-Session, but it was worth every second. If you want to know what it is all about with 'Daddy' and 'Grandpa', you may have to join us and find outBiggrin

Hope to see you all again next week.
Guess who?

Great screenshots guys! This was an anjoyable flight with nice mountain scenery even in FS9 default.

There is Par off on my right as we approach some mountainous terrain.

Here I circle one of the airports and watch from up above while the four of you do touch and goes.

And here we are all safely arrived at Dillon Airport KDLN. That's Vic in the foreground in a Spitfire, but I am showing him in an FW190 like Christian, who is partly hidden behind the beacon tower.
