Sorry, I don't believe it is available for free anymore. It is available at a cost from: AIRAC NAVData

but as I understand this, it only updates the default FS9 GPS and not the database of the programs you were originally looking for :(

I wonder since this file updates AIRAC data for FS9 would be possible to create a new database for SFP and then creates flight plans for squawkbox
