On Sunday I made a nice flight from Denver to the new FlyTampa scenery Montreal to have quick look at it.

Our scheduled flight should depart Denver at 14:00Z and arrive at Montreal at 17:28Z.

We took the B738 from TCAA 'N73802' for this flight and as we arrived at the gate it was serviced by the ground handling agents. Catering and fueling was already done, so we could prepare the cockpit for the flight...

We left Denver about sunrise as we were pushed from the parking position at 14:02Z. Well, due to the higher altitude of Denver it was necessary to switch off the packs for departure, although we had a rather long runway of over 12000 feet and low temperature of -4°C. With flaps setting at 1 and packs ON we couldn't take off as in the case of an engine failure past V1 we probably weren't able to climb out on one engine. That's what I interpreted from the calculation from TOPCAT as it stated: CLIMB as the limiting factor...
But with packs selected to OFF we were able to depart and therefore taxied to runway 17R:

Leaving Denver behind.

The sunrise looks promising - at least for Colorado Biggrin

Some thicker clouds as we already were near Montreal.

It was snowing as we approached.

Turning to intercept the localizer for runway 24R.

Very nicely done scenery, but what else could we expect from FlyTampa?

Decelerate.

Very nice airport indeed!

Parked at the gate after a flying time of 3:11 and a block to block time of 3:23. Sorry for not taking any pictures in spot plane view. I surely will take some once AES becomes fully available for this airport as wellYes

Very nice report and pictures Christian!
The FlyTampa Montreal scenery is a real gem, but like you say, we kinda expect nothing less by FlyTampa right :-)
