Online FQMA - GGOV

We had a great online flight today with Par and Christian; a flight that took around 8 hours.
The flight took us from FQMA; Maputo, Mozambique to GGOV; Oswaldo Vieira Intl located in Bissau, Guinea.

Par and Christian were flying the MD11 with a precious cargo load, and I was escorting them with the F-111.
I left last... taxiing to the departure runway in a wet Mozambique
   

   

... and soon climbing out above the cloud layers to meet up with Christian and Par.

OK, I also took some pictures of the flight today.
I started to prepare the aircraft long before Pär was there and alter I discovered the reason for that: I forgot to log in to the Session.
Here you can see the the MD-11 in air Namibia colors standing on the ramp at Maputo.
   

Some time later after preparing the aircraft we departed from Maputo's runway 05 and climbed out.
   

After downloading and installing the free version of Screenhunter I got rid of this ugly message box in the left corner, which I had cut out in the first two pictures.

Pär overtook me, but this wouldn't last for long as he had to struggle with some computer problems again.
   

The remainder of the flight Stefaan flew in close proximity to me causing some TCAS messages, so I flew 5 NM off Track to the right.

We are close to our destination right now and Stefaan and me are already descending.

After a flying time of 7:59 and a block to block time of 8:16 we arrived at Bissau. That was only 9 minutes longer than predicted in the flightplan, but I used less fuel.

That was indeed a great flight and i think most of us had some special in-flight entertainment
