Arriving at Memphis Intl with a load of crab, halibut and salmon from Anchorage AK
Now off to the Captains Lounge waiting for Capt SnowBoss to arrive
He planned dinner at the Char Restaurant, https://memphis.charrestaurant.com/dinner/
Looking at the chart while waiting int the lounge with a dry Martini, think I"ll go for the Chili-Fried Oysters with a glass of Bourbon for entry, the Original Cowboy Prime Ribeye Steak for main, and for desert the House Made-Blueberry Bread Pudding.
Later on we'll visit "B.B. King's Blues Club" on Beale Street... and who know where we'll end up ;)
