When logged in go to User CP - Your Profile (left of page) - Change Avatar

Just waiting to get back home so I can do some pic editing, and create a DC-8 avatar from my last flight (I finally flew for the first time in MONTHS last week).

I have MS Office, so I use the picture editor in there. Then upload it to the system from there.
